SM Consulta seminar for HR managers and professionals

The leading system integrator of business software SM Consulta held a seminar on “HR management through Microsoft Dynamics CRM”. Partners of the event were software giant Microsoft Bulgaria and leaders in the fields of assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services Ernst and Young Bulgaria.

The event was met with great interest by the recruitment agencies. There was attendees from the manufacturing, the engineering, banking and financial business, pharmaceutical industry and services too.

The seminar was opened by Svetla Manolova, manager of SM Consulta and Milen Manchev, Sales manager Dynamics systems in Microsoft. They briefly presented the organizers of the event and said a few words about the way IT technologies improve efficiency in the work of HR managers and professionals.

Diana Stoeva, HR manager from Microsoft presented the latest trends and best practices in the field of human resources management. Diana emphasized on the importance of informed and flexible work style of a contemporary HR professional.

Tanya Stivasareva, Attorney at Enst and Young presented the legal aspects of recruitment. Here were discussed important topics related to the specifics of protection of personal data. Tanya focused on the problem of discrimination in the selection of staff – a topic that has raised many questions and discussions among attendees.

Milen Manchev, Sales manager Dynamics systems in Microsoft made introduction in IT technologies, particularly in Dynamics CRM systems. Milen presented the software for managing customer relationships and focused on the functionalities and tools of the software related to human resources management.

Nina Milcheva and Stoyana Daskalova, senior consultants of SM Consulta demonstrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM system itself. Nina and Tanya put emphasis on the scope, flexibility and functionalities of CRM in the context of HR business – the way the system effectively helps of HR professionals in the following processes – pre-selection, conducting interviews, performing training and the talent management.

The event ended with business lunch, where attendees had the opportunity to learn more about the system and to discuss different possibilities for cooperation.
